Customer Service Representative Application


  • 20 hours per week
  • 10:00am – 3:00pm (4 hours per day)
  • 1 hour lunch


$10 per hour 

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Providing introductory information to new customers
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
  • Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
  • Creating invoices and processing sales
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Packaging and shipping products

Skills & Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Software is preferred
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
  • Ability to share work among a customer service team
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Proven work experience required
  • Ability to learn and apply market and product information
  • Multitasking capabilities
  • Computer and technological literacy
  • Positive and professional personal image
