1. Program Description

NuYu Teeth Whitening LLC (“NUYU”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates a text messaging program for its wholesale customers, dental, spa and salon partners, and prospective partners. If you opt in, NUYU may send you order and shipping updates, wholesale account and application notifications, training and appointment reminders, replies to customer service questions, and occasional promotional offers about NUYU teeth whitening products and systems.

All messages are sent by NuYu Teeth Whitening LLC and originate from (855) 367-6898 (855-FOR-NUYU).

2. How to Opt In (Consent)

You may join the NUYU text messaging program by any of the following methods:

  • Checking the SMS consent box and submitting your mobile number on the wholesale account registration form at nuyutw.com/register/.
  • Texting START or JOIN to (855) 367-6898.
  • Verbally providing your mobile number to a NUYU representative, or writing it on a paper wholesale or training form that displays this same consent language, and agreeing to receive text messages.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from NuYu Teeth Whitening LLC at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and you may opt out at any time. You must be at least 18 years of age and be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you submit.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Promotional messages are limited to a maximum of 8 messages per month. Transactional messages, such as order, shipping, support and training messages, are sent as needed.

4. Cost, Message and Data Rates

NUYU does not charge a fee to participate in this program. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by texting STOP to (855) 367-6898. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also email hello@nuyutw.com or call (855) 367-6898 to be removed from the program.

7. Carriers and Message Delivery

Delivery of messages depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. NUYU is not liable for any delay or failure in the receipt of any message, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your network operator.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. The information you provide is used only to deliver the messages you requested and to provide related services. No mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except for the messaging aggregators and service providers who help us deliver the messages you requested. 9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify, suspend or cancel this text messaging program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
